Pilot Sport on E500 tire pressure?

I'm wondering what tire pressure setup to use on my new Pilot Sport's mounted on an '05 E500. Front is 245/40 on an 18x8" wheel, rear is 275/35 on an 18x9" wheel. All purchased from TR.

Should I be using the 42/36 guidance for the E55 + Continental guys?

The car definitely pushes (hey, it's front heavy) and could be better but most of my driving is highway, not twisties.

thanks!

I'll try that!

I went with 40/36 on Sunday and now it's a little stiff going over bumps and cracks in the road.

2004 CLK320
I am confused. I thought since the rear are the drive wheels and they are bigger, the tire pressure should be higher than the front.

For my 2004 CLK320-Coupe, the recommended tire pressures (for 100 KM/H and up) for the staggered 16-inch setup are Front=30 and Rear=33.

and running pressures like that creates terminal understeer. They recommend those pressures because understeer is safer than neatral or oversteer ... I prefer neatral handling myself
