Fitting wheels with spacers to C43 - bit nervous

Hi All,

Just looking for some assurance that my plan will work.

I have a 2019 C43 with 19inch wheels and want to swap with to oem 18’s. I found a great set of oem amg line wheels, freshly refurbed, with tyres and in the exact colour I wanted, for a really good price so pulled the trigger. Only issue is that the fronts are 18x7.5j et44 instead of 18x7.5j et33. I figured I could use spacers to fix this.

i have purchased the following - https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/h-r-pair-of-13mm-trak-wheel-spacers-kit-dr-type-h-r2655665/?srsltid=AfmBOop0-pkPs2wFjP_9EnNh5pfClL0GMYZajx6lcCnmVdbqvCiCTjE4

i am pretty sure these are correct for the car, I previously checked on H&R website and they were listed as compatible. If I fit these, I work out the effective offset will be et31, which should be fine. I have also purchased extended bolts at 40mm compared to stock 27mm.

Before I pull the trigger on a new set of tpms and get this all booked in with my wheel guy, just want to double check that all seems ok and should work out?

many thanks!

Offsets are confusing as to which way the wheel moves. Suggest you plug in your tire and wheel dimensions at https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/ to see if spacers move your wheels in the right direction.

Yes, your plan is solid. The 13mm spacers will bring the effective offset to ET31, which is very close to the original ET33 spec and will work perfectly. The 40mm extended bolts are the correct length. Just ensure the spacers are hub-centric for your C43. You're good to go.

Many people use spacers on the race track. Properly sized and bolted, you're fine.
