Refinished Wheels
Someone has some refinished wheels for sales. If the finish looks good, does this mean that they are perfect? Is there a chance for the surface finish to get worse later on ?

If the job is done by pro, that should be pretty good. But you should know that can never be compared to new. So if you really can get a good deal and it passed on balancing. That should be fine.
