The seller agreed to sell to me a few days ago, then stopped to reply PMs, didn't tell any reason, but I found a great deal for a set of new LMs ( $4500 include tires and shipping) from Ebay, should fit my 08 S63(bought 2 months ago, has 800 miles now) much better than RS-GT.

Please post where I told you I was selling them to you, I want you to show me where I agreed to it. Not trying to be a dick, but you are reading a lot more into what our conversations were.
You were asking for me to eat an additional $100+ on fees and I never agreed to that, it is clearly spelled out in the original ad - paying with credit, you cover the fees.

"If $3300 is with a funds transfer in Paypal and we lower the insurance coverage to drop the shipping charges to $100 total, I will do $3300 shipped.
Or $3300 via funds transfer in Payapl and I keep the mount kit for VW usage and ship insured to purchase value ($3200).

I offered you the wheels for the price you were willing to pay, but you insisted on a credit card transaction, for which I insisted on covering the fees Paypal would remove. It was within dollars of being done, but you would only pay with credit. Not sure how that put me in the wrong...

You offered $3200 for a set of wheels, offered an additional $100 to cover shipping ($120 min) and fees ($100+), made it your max and I did not agree to that, so I am not sure how you believed you were SOLD these wheels...?

Bump...still waiting for that post retraction or apology KUNMB. You accuse me of claiming I sold you something and then not responding, which never happened, yet you don't step up to clarify/respond to my responses proving what was actually said...not cool.

The LM is the top of line, but those RS-GTs are good deal and lighter.
Like we talked over the phone, I had some misunderstanding about the paypal fee...., any way, good luck for your sale.
