From: Santa Cruz, CA; I'm a temporary transplant from Oklahoma, by way of Saudi Arabia (awful!)

F/S: W203 factory wheels from my '06 C230
Factory wheels 17". Staggered. No tires. I'd give them a 7/10 for condition - they're completely round, but have a bit of road rash from the woman that owned the car before me.
