WTB: Wheels from W108, W109 or W113

I'm looking for a set of Wheels from W108 or W109 '66-'67, or W113 '63-'67. They accept two-piece hub-cap / trim ring. Wheel part number: 108 400 00 02.

I would also like to get the 14" trim rings for these wheels.
