18x8.5/9.5 SL63 AMG reps $599 NEW from PowerWheels Pro
The 20" 817 wheels are in the high (50mm) offset, so they would not work well with the CLS unless you use spacers. They are $749 for the wheels and we can do tires starting at $588 for the Federal SS 595 in the 255/30/20

BTW, We do have the 20" 807 Brabus style wheels that would work great with the CLS as well for the same price $749

Slowsky: We do have the 807 Brabus style wheels in 30mm offset which should clear the AMG brakes on your CLK. I say that with a small asterisk as the stock offset I believe is 27mm, so in case we need a spacer it would be a very thin 3mm on the front wheels. The wheels weigh ~25lbs in 18x8.5
Snarlingchicken: we are getting ONE set of the E63 reps in 18x8.5 in 45mm which fits perfectly on your W204 in 2 weeks. This shipment does not have the AMG stamp. The wheels are $499 and shipping $85. If you would like that set the best way to ensure you get it is to preorder it. Just give us a call at the number above or we can send you a paypal invoice.
Thanks!

. Thanks.JL
pman: the only thing in 20s we have now are these wheels. The Audi fitment is identical to the Mercedes and you can use your stock lug bolts. We just got those in and they are not on the website yet.
They are $750 and shipping is $120
JL, everything should be there for you. I will double check with the shipping manager in the morning. Please contact me if there is ANY issue.

807:

815:

I am looking for proper fitment for 20" rims on my '05 SLK55 AMG.
The owners manual states the following:
Stock front wheels are 18x7.5" / 37mm offset
Stock rear wheels are 18x8.5" / 30mm offset
The 20" staggered 815's are 8.5" front/35mm offset (so 11mm less inner clearance and wheel extends 15mm further outward from current wheel)
The 815" rears are 9.5"/35mm offset (so 18mm less inner clearance and wheel extends 8mm further outward from current wheel)
Those figures are from an online offset calculator. So my questions are these:
- Will these fit around my brakes without spacers?
- Will there be any issue with inner clearance and control arms?
- Will there be any issue with the tires hitting the outer fender?
- What would be the proper tire sizes to buy for these?
If the 20" staggered 815's are not appropriate, which wheels would be?
Thanks for any help!
bert213, no spacers needed to run any of our 35mm wheels on your W220
darktek20, we have no direct experience so far doing an SLK55 in 20" staggered wheels. Based on the online calculator findings you posted there would be no need for spacers in the front nor the rear.
Regarding clearance, if you want we can ship you one front and one rear for you to pull one wheel off at your convenience and put the wheel on the hub and see for yourself. If you like them and they work we can ship you the other pair, if not you can ship them back using the prepaid labels we will include in the boxes. All you do is call us and pay for the 2 wheels and round shipping. If they work we will subtract the return shipping from the balance to ship you the other 2 wheels.
We try to work with our customers, we do not pretend to know everything but we will sure try to help you figure things out.
atl02wrx, unfortunately not yet but we have not given up!
Thanks,

Also, any estimate of how much the weight is?
Regarding the weight of the 815s in 20", they are made in a low pressure casting manufacturing process, so their weight is comparable to OEM wheels, ~34lbs
Thanks,

I'm looking at 18" or 19" staggered options for a W211 E55. Is that the closest thing you have to black or gun metal besides the 807's?
