About Us

POWERWHEELS PRO is a multinational company operating in the U.S. and in Europe. Our purchasing power and high volume allows us to buy wheels at exceptionally low prices and we are excited to be in a position to pass the savings on to YOU!

We at POWERWHEELS PRO have worked hands-on with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota and Honda in Automotive Quality, and we know how to live up to the toughest customer expectations. That’s why we partner with only the best wheel manufacturers and conduct routine plant inspections to bring only the best wheels to you.

We have considered and evaluated a number of wheel factories around the world looking for the best plant to meet our highest standards for:

· Best aluminum grade
· Quality finish that exceeds specifications
· Operational consistency and
· Process standardization

Our high expectations eliminated a number of factories whose production processes were unstable or not automated to the degree that ensured consistency. The obvious risks, otherwise, are production batches that vary from one to another. This would mean the possibility of one or more of your wheels being visually different or defective, perhaps with signs of chipping, hairline cracks, etc. Our commitment to quality results in a higher quality product delivered to you.

By sourcing our business only to the best and most qualified production facilities that produce OEM wheels, POWERWHEELS PRO has taken every measure to ensure that the quality and finish of your wheels is top notch. We strive for ALL wheels that come off the production line to meet the highest safety standards and customer expectations. As a quality assurance measure, ALL of our wheels exceed the world’s most demanding quality management standard: US & Europe’s ISO 9001 – ISO 9002, Japan’s demanding JWL – JWL-T and Germany’s prestigious TUV.

You can place your order on our website or you can call it in at 248 686 2035.

The fronts weigh ~27lbs and the rears ~29, same as the OEM as they come out of the same manufacturing process, low pressure casting.

Thanks!

I got a set of these in 18"s and cannot believe the compliments I get compared to the look of the stock wheels. Also like the fact that the wheel weight remains low for less rolling resistance. They have a great lip and a great finish. Very happy with my purchase.

Seems like a great set of rims! I'm very interested in buying these but I don't see them anywhere on the website. Is there a specific link for these somewhere?

Also, are those center caps in the middle or is it the MB logo with some type of adhesive put over the wheel? (Sorry, I can't really make out how it's on there) Will my stock lug nuts fit right on with these rims or do offset rims need new lug nuts that "custom-fit" them?

Hi C230K415,
They are the first selection in our Mercedes section 801.
The MB logo is the complete center cap with the tabs, these are not the peel and stick kind.
Regarding lug bolts, it is our experience that the stock bolts are maybe 3 threads too long, so we supply the correct ones for $20, they are the chrome ones.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance,

Hi. I am interested in buying this set of rims in the near future.
I had a couple of questions about the wheels. What is your warranty to the wheel (bent/broken etc)? I know other replica wheels have had problems in the CB area. Something about it being bigger than what mercedes requires or something like that so the wheels vibrate...have any of your clients had this problem with mercedes before?

What specifications has it passed...SAE, DOT, TUV etc? im from san francisco and there are quite a bit of pot holes, so i rather have confidence that my rims are gonna be durable enough. I also comment from SF to Santa Cruz from time to time. So I do not want them to break on me during the trip.

Sorry for all the questions but i was just curious.

Thank you very much on the info. Regarding the lug bolts, where on the website can I "add these to my cart?" Is it also 100% guarantee that these lugs supplied will fit just right?

bheng: I understand, these are good questions. Our wheels come with a 2 year finish warranty that no one else offers. Also we have never had any issues with the wheel cracking around the center bore! If that happens, we will replace them for you at no cost, as an engineer, this would be more indicative of inadequate design engineering or poor manufacturing. The wheel should definitely not crack around the center bore because you hit a pothole. All our wheels exceed all main manufacturing Quality standards, JWL and VIA and some pass the TUV standard, the most rigorous test in the world.
Regarding vibration, the wheels come with correct fitment guaranty, if they vibrate we will either replace them for you or we will take them back and give you a full refund. We believe purchasing wheels from us should be a 0 risk decision for your customers and we will definitely support you and our products.
Hope that covers your questions and concerns.

c230K415: Unfortunately that option is not currently available, we can either send you a paypal invoice for the bolts or you can order them over the phone at 248 686 2035.

kadafone: Unfortunately we don't have them in 20". We do have the 808 and the 807 in 20" for now.

Thanks,

Sorry for all the questions, but what sizes of tires would I look for to fit these? What's the most narrow and most wide I can go with these?

You show too different wheel finishes in your pictures. Your website doesn't have both options you show above.

Also, your website doesn't say if it will fit an SL55.

Are you going to update your website with this info?

Also are you going to add the lug nut option to your site?
