They look like ML wheels. Renntech sold them as a set of 19 X 9s.
Try one on your ML I bet it will fit. Thay must be crazy offset to not clear your SL calipers.

The wheels didn't come with those tires originally. Most of the Renntech sets are staggered for car use, plus 9" is a quite a large front wheel for a stock MB.
I bought a set to go on my Renntech car, cheap with destroyed Pirelli Scorpion SUV tires. I bought a set of Michelin Track tires to go on them and swapped out the Scorpions.
Had to run big spacers & I didn't like how the car felt with spacers, so I took the tires off, sold the tires & wheels separately.
Heck, these could be my old wheels LOL!
On the back will be the Renntech part number and the offset, I bet they are really high offset wheels. Your 129 uses a low offset.
