AMG 19" chrome monoblocks staggered
these wheels are beautiful! i have a set of four staggered wheels which i purchased for my '95 sl600. i HATE to sell these wheels, unfortunately, the massive front brake calipers hit against the wheel. they should fit pretty much any other MB as the lug pattern is the standard 5x112. these wheels are not cracked and have no mechanical defects but are not perfect. there is some curb rash as witnessed in the pics. also, the chrome is peeling a bit on a center cap. hey, if you are that picky, have them rechromed for around $100/ea.
i have spent the last couple of months scouring ebay and have found a single wheel of this type and it was $475 for one rim w/o a tire!
they do have michelin pilot sport 275/35/19 and 245/40/19 tires. these come free as i would suggest replacing them. although the treads are decent, one has a bump on the outer wall. taking offers for cash or possible trade for wheels that will fit my car. my 16" factory has got to go! these wheels are headed to ebay in the next week or so. love this forum and the help i've received on here, so thought i'd give my fellow MB fanatics first shot!

well, i went to discount wheel/tire and bought some 5/16" spacers. the wheel still nicked the caliper to which they suggested grinding the caliper! that was just not an option for me, i have enough issues w/ my car w/o grinding away at the brake caliper! they said i could go bolt on spacer but the wheels would most likely hang out from under the vehicle and that the bolt on spacers were notorious for having your wheel exit the wheelwell and pass you by on the interstate. neither of these things sound too appealing to me in a vehicle capable of 150+MPH.. i'd love to go w/ a standard spacer (non bolt-on) if anyone knows the size i need or did i just try too small of a spacer? what's the thickest spacer before it goes to the bolt-on style?
