have a set of Leon Hardiritt Vertu 19x10 +7 19x11 -5 for sale...used but in excellent condition...I've never riden on them and previous owner put about 3K miles on them...set is sold w/o tires...bolt pattern is 5x114.3...holes are bored to fit on 5x112 bolt pattern with variation lug nuts (http://www.tulipcitywheels.com/tcwst..._detail&p=1694) ..with these bolts, it will absolutely fit your mercedes with no problems...My SSR are also 5x114.3 and use those as daily's...no brake clearance issues...$2700 o.b.o. + shipping...

here are pics of the front wheel on the rear...just used a mallet to tap in the lip...
