A few questions:
1. Are they all the same offset (42) or staggered?
2. Do they come with the centercaps
3. Do they come with the lug bolts
4. In the pics it looks like the rims just need to be cleaned. In person, is it worse and really needs a repaint?

1. yes they are
2. yes i have centercaps
3. yes i have some lugs
4. they may need to be cleaned but i say painted so there are no surprises i will include everything in deal!!!
