WTB: Forged 18" Wheels for 2007 AMG E63 (NEED ASAP in Chicago)
Cracked my forged BBS wheel, need a new set ASAP. I am in Chicago.
Specs on OEM wheels (my BBS had a different offset as they were for an S class car, so I know slight variations in offsets are okay; but if offering a different than OEM offset please let me know because I will need to confirm it will work and need to make sure I can get proper bolts):
18x8
35mm offset
5-112 bolt pattern
Tire size: 245/40R18
Please include specs and per wheel weight.
Although I would really like to get a nice set of forged lightweight wheels at least as nice as the BBS ones I had, I would consider buying an OEM set in great condition for a lot less $ since I am in a pinch as a temporary solution, and/or high quality super light wheels that are not forged (e.g., like the OZ Ultraleggera).
My current "best" option are the OZ Ultraleggera's from Tirerack @$348 and 18lbs. Hoping to either do better on price, or spend (a lot) more and get something even lighter and nicer looking in a forged set.
If in Chicago area, that is a big plus as I can pickup w/out shipping.
I am going to make a decision by Saturday, so if you are reading this after 10/23/2010 I already moved.
