Wheels were on the car when I bought it two years ago, and stayed on the car until September 2010. The fronts were repaired and painted around March 2010, so they are real nice. Each of the rears has a bend on the inside, and one of them also has a crack although it has never leaked air.

Offset on fronts is 30, rears is 39.

The boxes are about 19" x 19" x 10", wheels each weigh close to 25lb, so you can figure out shipping costs as needed.
