FOR SALE: 19” Mercedes CLS 55 AMG IWC Igenieur alloy Wheels (authentic)
Everyone, I have a set of bronze/titanium look, Mercedes-Benz AMG IWC Edition wheels for sale. These are authentic to my knowledge when I purchased them. Supposedly, there are only 55 sets made, that went with this limited edition vehicle [reference: http://www.seriouswheels.com/cars/to...Ingenieur.htm].
These rims have been awesome and I’m reluctant to let them go. They are not in the best of shape cosmetically, but there are NO BENDS, CRACKS, or anything that would compromise the structure of the wheels. Within the last year I had tires mounted and balanced on them perfectly fine. My best attempt to illustrate the look/condition/shape of the wheels is below in my Picasa album with over 200+ pictures… some with the wheels on my car, at stock height at the time.

I’ve had them on my stock CLS for a few years. I purchased them from someone that got them off of an IWC owner (from eBay?). LOVE the concavity to the rims, especially the rear ones. I tried to take some pictures to show you how the rear rims concave in. Needless to say, they were not taken care of and will need a refinish to look perfect. But other than cosmetics, 10ft away, they still looked good on the car.
There are imperfections on each wheel. See what Southern California day-to-day driving in LA can do to wheels. My fiancée drove the car quite a bit as well… Reason why I held off on the 20”s, and so far we’re still curb-less! Below are the specs, behind each spoke on the rims… Not sure what all those serial #s meant, but they are listed below and in the pictures.
SPECS:
FRONT wheels:
A219 401 16 02
B6 603 12 31
HLB 06 05
1.1866 Made in Belgium
8.5 J x 19 H2
ET 25 (offset)
Tire # 1 - Dunlop Direza DZ101, 245/35/19, bald on the inside, will need to be changed. DO NOT recommend using.
Tire # 2 – Hankook Ventus Sport K104, 245/35/19, purchased tire used to replace a quick flat, used for 1 week, looks to be a decent spare.
REAR wheels:
A219 401 16 02
B6 603 12 31
HLB 06 05
181867 Made in Belgium
9.5 J x 19 H2
ET 28 (offset)
TIRES: both are shredded to sh**. I had really bad camber wear and these tires are NOT USABLE! Please do not ask if you can ride on them, the wire is showing and they are one mile away from exploding! (maybe not as dramatic).
ASKING: $1000 + shipping (no idea how much it would cost to ship, prefer local buyer). I’m negotiable and taking the best offer.
Here is a description from the article below:
=====================
19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels with a five-spoke titanium look
The side view of the vehicle is also visually appealing. Its 19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels in a five-spoke design also have a matt titanium look, harmonising with the vehicle’s paint job. In combination with the tyres (255/35 R 19 at the front and 285/30 R 19 at the rear), the AMG wheels not only provide a look to be coveted, but also guarantee optimised handling.
In addition, the superlative coupe design of the CLS 55 AMG “IWC Ingenieur” is defined by the muscular AMG styling, including the dynamically contoured front apron with large air inlets and circular fog lights, side-skirt panels and a distinctive rear apron with a particularly sporty diffuser. The oval twin tailpipes of the AMG sports exhaust system make a strong final impression. The stylishly integrated AMG spoiler lip in the boot lid reduces the lift acting on the rear axle by about 30 percent, which contributes to better driving stability at high speeds.

GUYS... still for sale. I haven't been on to check into my private messages. Please email me directly at toodoh@gmail.com.
I want these gone now, what's a good price? I'm more willing to take offers now... But I think $500 is a bit low... Socal pickup preferred. Was asking $1000, please bring offers.

These are structurally sound wheels, just scratched and dinged. Yes they will look pretty flush on a C class I imagine .
