Had sent the money without putting down a US shipping address. I ask if he can ship it to a different address and emoving said he wasnt comfortable with it. I offered sending the money again with a secondary address from a verified account and he said he's decided to keep the rims.

Thinking I might just keep them on the car to sell with the car this summer. Tired of people offering Monarch offers for DPE wheels. I don't think most on this board know the difference between HRE, DPE and other high end type wheels compared to Monarch Fleabay wheels and other cheap wheels. Not to mention the price of brand new Hankook tires mounted ohhhh and factory MB tire pressure sensors.
