About Modulare Forged:
Since its inception in 2004, Modulare Forged has been manufacturing a diverse collection of multi-piece and monoblock forged wheels.
Developed with innovative style and performance in mind, all Modulare wheels begin life as T6-6061 aerospace grade forged aluminum.
Designed specifically for premium luxury, sports and suv applications, Modulare Forged offers over 30 dynamic custom designs.Each wheel is built to order, ensuring the perfect fitment, finish and unique individuality with each set we produce.
Optional Sizes Include:
18 / 19 / 20 / 21 / 22 / 23 / 24 inches
Custom finishes:
We offer a dynamic range of finishes to meet your design objectives.
Modulare Forged Wheels are backed by a 2 year limited warranty and are proudly produced and designed in the USA.
Behind the Creation:
Design. Process. Machine. Manufacture.
The creation process is an unique artform all on its own.
It all begins with the arrival of T6-6061 forged metal plates to our Modulare in-house facility. Each plate is inspected prior to being turned to the correct profile on the lathe.
Next, our design concepts become reality. Each design is individually milled on a HAAS mill, with our centers hand-crafted with precision.
All 3-piece wheels are assembled by hand and sent to its final stage of production:
Quality Control.
With perfection in mind, every aspect from technical specifications (width, offset and bolt pattern) to the finish and cut of the wheel is inspected by our qualified technicians to meet the Modulare standard.
