HRE 542R 20in. s550 fitment
Unfortunately I sold my 2007 s550, so now I have my wheels available. They are 20 inch HRE 542R.
They have Bridgestone tires with maybe 30% life in back and 80% life up front. It is a staggered setup but had no issues on my 07 4matic.

I don't remember the exact specs but I will post the serial numbers, with that I know you can obtain the specs, but they fit my s550 perfect, and I also test fit them on an a8l as well.
