Power Wheels Pro Warning

I bought a set of chrome wheels from Vasilli about 3 months ago and had them installed about 6 weeks ago. The chrome is pitting on 2 of the wheels. I sent a message to them in the wheels section informing them of the issue. This was about 3 days ago. Either they don't follow the forum or they are ignoring the issue. In any regard caution should be taken when dealing with the company. In my opinion if they are not going to look after problems we shouldn't buy from them.

I had bought a set of SLS wheels from them. They were supposed to be staggered and were going to machine the rear 9.5 et 45 offset down to an et48. When i got the wheels they ended up sending me a non staggered setup and had machined the wheels down wrong. Luckily I sent them back and got a full refund before even mounting them or anything. I found their service to be up to par and got fast responses from both Vasilli and the lady in the front office. Hopefully you can get your problem resolved.

I ended up with a complete different set of wheels and actually lucked out that they messed my order up because I didn't really like the quality of the wheels and ended up finding a set of BBS wheels from someone on the forum.

At least they contacted you. Now it's 4 days and counting. Customer service is the foundation of a good vendor. Poor customer service foretells the demise of a Vendor. I hope this is just a lack of communication but at this time, "Forewarned is forearmed".

I don't know what happened here but I will share my experience.

I started talking to Vasilli a few months back as my wife's car was in need of a renewal on rolling stock. I finally pulled the trigger on these:
http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...roducts_id=537

Prior to my purchase I asked the poor guy about 1 million questions about the wheels, tires, fitment, etc. I mean wore him out on it. I am very particular on tire brand as I only buy Michelins for her car (mine don't matter, I burn them off too fast). He went out of his way to make sure I got those Michelins, never trying to sell me another brand or push me into something he was more interested in selling. I got the wheels today with the exact tires I wanted and everything arrived within 4 days of ordering, arrived in great condition and I have to say are stunning to see in person. I had a small issue that I wanted to talk to Vasilli about and I called him at almost 7pm tonight. Obviously after hours. I dropped a quick voicemail and he called me back within 10 minutes. We talked, got my problem sorted out and all is well. I can't remember a time recently when someone went to those ends for customer service.

I hope everything goes well for the OP, but I wanted to share my experience, which was superb.

Regards

I hope your experience and my future experience turn out to be the same. I yesterday sent off photos of the pitted rims to support@powerwheelspro.com and await further contact with the company.

I've never bought anything from Vasilli, but I've inundated him w/ tons of questions on fitment and whatnot and he's always standup.

Good luck.

We're currently communicating. It looks like Vassili is going to look after the issue.

Sucks that you posted a negative post about a sponsor with a negative title without giving them much opportunity to get back to you and work out a situation. What 4 days?

Sucks that you got bad wheels but it sounds like they are helping you out.

Probably none of my business... But I know bad news is usually bad for business...

I had not nor have I now any intention of hurting Vassili's business. I was simply trying to start a communication. The communication has been started and I'm hoping that everything will turn out well. When everything is finished satisfactorily I will be happy to post the results with a pat on the back for Vassili and his company.

Mr Bobby,

I just saw this thread. It took 3 days to take the issue to the manufacturer and hear back from them. As we have discussed your replacement wheels have been approved and on their way to you.
We are happy to be part of the MBWorld community and we feel privileged to have served many of the members with what we believe is a good product at reasonable prices.

I can understand if you had no resolution dealing with us but starting a thread like this after 3 days of your initial request I believe is a little premature.

Regardless, thank you for posting the update.

Vassili

I've received a message from Vassili saying that the warranty had been approved and that the 2 wheels were on their way. I can therefore say in truth that Vassili has honored his word and I see no reason not to deal with Powerwheelspro. As a matter of fact I am considering another set of wheels. Perhaps now this matter can be put to bed. I apologize to Vassili if I was too quick to react for the 3 day response time.

Understood. But when you air it out in the forums, you are basically informing all members about your problem. Problem with this is if anyone does a forum seach on Power Wheels Pros... First thing they will see is your subject line of Power Wheels Pro Warning. Someone would have to open up the thread and read the posts to see that there really shouldn't have been a warning and that everything was resolved...

Either way... damage done. Maybe asking the forum mods to delete the thread soon or after everything has been resolved would probably be the right thing to do.

Anyways glad things look like they are being resolved...

PS. Vassili... PM me for my shipping info so you can send me my FREE wheels! Thanks in advance.

I had a terrific experience with PWP and commend Vassili for his patience in answering all my questions. Furthermore, the wheels fit and matched perfectly.

You should definitely request to have this thread deleted. 3 days into a transaction and you start a thread like this on a sponsor. Your playing with someone's business.
