Feeler: ADV10 For C63

I'm not dead set on letting these go but if the price is right I'd be willing to. Lets cut to the chase.

Specs:

Front: 19x9 +40
Rear: 19x10.5 +52

These wheels were supposedly refinished before I bought them and I can not confirm that they were or were not. That being said I've only put ~200 miles on them and they are now collecting dust in the basement. There is a bit of a shimmy that starts around 65mph and up but it isn't all that bad. Truth be told I would love to keep them but I don't have a wheel specialist around here to check them out/fix what would need to be fixed if anything. Again, it isn't all that bad and you'd never notice if you just do city driving. I am always on the highway so I notice it. When I'm not, I don't.

Second note: The lips have been freshly painted gloss black and the faces are matte black but do have some chips here and there. Nothing crazy (See pictures).

Here is fitment/pics of the wheels.

Front wheel flushness

Rear wheel flushness

Again, not dead set on selling unless the price is right. I might just send them around and get them touched up but that would cost a lot in just shipping. The advantage you have with going through me for these is the fact you don't have to deal with ADV and the horror stories that often come from there. A good wheel doctor can have these puppies brand new without too much hassle for sure.

$4K OBO?

Yeah, as I've mentioned whoever picks them up with need to see to it they find themselves a wheel specialist. There are some imperfections that cause minor wheel hope around 60-65mph and up. I'm actively looking for someone in my area to fix them up but being 23 and having a house and 2 cars ends up leaving money a little tight to just throw it around anymore.

Basically it would take me a bit to save up to have them done right if I had to ship them around or what not. I don't mind having them sit in my basement until then but also just seeing what kind of interest there is... Cash on the side never hurts

It would be an aggressive fitment from what I can tell by an offset calculator. Here are the specs.

Your OEM wheels VS these ADV's

Fronts: The ADV will extend an extra 3mm (be more flush to fender) but have 23mm less inner clearance.

Rear: The ADV will extend an extra 6mm (again, more flush to fender) but have 32mm less inner clearance.

I would also forward this thread to an e55 sub-forum so the e55 experts can chime in. I'm not an expert on the wheel fitment for an e55, but these work GREAT on a C63.

Let me know what they come up with.

If you are looking for a flush look, this wheel setup is about 8 to 10mm high of ET. making this wheel sit inside the fender. If you want flush is these widths of rims... *x9 and *x10.5, Fronts should be close to 32ET safe, and 42ET rear safe. Safe meaning your can slam your car, load it with no rubbing issues.

^ Thanks. Could also always get spacers and longer bolts as an option but I know many try to avoid doing that.

I think you might be confused about what ET means, it means the same thing as offset, and only the import guys use that term. +40 and +52 means the same thing as ET40 and ET52.

You're dead on with what looks right on the 211 car. These wheels would like a 10mm spacer, and even if they would fit the 211 without grinding something on the inside, would look stupid with the wheels shoved way inside the fenderwell. They'd probably look good on a 212 though.
