I doubt it has 75% tread left. That would mean it still should have 7/32 to 8/32" tread left.
I haven't seen any modern OEM tire that has lasted more than 40k miles even when driven carefully.
You probably have close to 50% if that.
Like Hyperion667 said, $100 and it'll likely go. $200 if you're really lucky.
Last set of take off tires I sold (also michellin's) brand new off a new car, was $125.
