Firstly, thank you to anyone who responds. I appreciate your time.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz X-Class 470 that is still running the old factory navigation/map.

I have gone to Mercedes Websites like Mercedes Me to attempt to purchase an update however it appears there is no update for the X-Class.

From what I can tell I have the Comand navigation as the display uses the entire screen unlike the other model that has the smaller screen with a large border.

I have seen that I can possibly purchase a module that plugs in however that is upwards of $900 Australian dollars.

Has anyone encountered the same issue and found a resolution.

Yup, I confirm, my official system also says not update possible
at least, not by usb
and we only do usb command

 

Thats not the news I wanted to hear. I assumed there would be some way around it.

I thought I read somewhere that you can set comand to your region and it learns streets as you drive.

But I have read a lot of contradictory information.
