Pull the carpet back enough to see the stock Mercedes computer module thingy and pull it up a bit. The harness will route under a soft rubber/plastic thing you will need to pop open to pull the harness out.

There are two spots the rubber/plastic cover is popped apart with a flat screwdriver.

Once the plastic cover thing is pulled out of the way you can see the harness and stock module at the front of the car clearly. Undo the pink connector going into the front Mercedes module by sliding/rotating/moving the black part of the connector slowly and it will all work itelf apart.

Once the harness and stock module is pulled out and apart you can plug the stock pink harness connector to the clear "Plug and Play" harness, and the new "Plug and Play" pink connector plugs into the stock Mercedes module.

Stuff the stock module back in front, and then run the "Plug and Play" harness inside that plastic cover thing you peeled back with the screw driver - then push the cover down over the wire mess to hide it all nicely. Tuck the CETE module in here towards the rear of the car, there is room for it to drop right in.

All together and nothing butchered! :) :) Just put the carpet back - there is one hole in the carpet that kind of hooks into the metal door jam before you press the trim back on - it is towards the rear of the car a bit - hook that carpet piece in there first to keep the carpet folded down nice and close to the door sill and then just put the trim on the front first and press it on. Look at the passenger side if you forget exactly which parts of the trim go in the groove etc.
