Same thing happened to my front camera. Dealer quoted one hour of labor to install new camera over the phone at time the service appointment was made. One hour magically turned into two hours (revised upward at time car was presented for this repair). I waited for the car. 90 minutes later, service manager presents my car with completed camera installation. Repair order stated the repair took two hours and ten minutes to be consistent with the inflated estimate -- a flat out lie.
