Hey, I’ve got a 2009 Mercedes CLS 550 with some serious issues. The car’s throwing codes like P0894 (transmission slipping) and multiple P073x codes (incorrect gear ratios in gears 2, 3, 4, and 5), suggesting the transmission isn’t shifting right—feels sluggish and revs high without speeding up. I also have a U0426 code about invalid data from the steering column control, which might be a separate electrical glitch. I’ve taken off the conductor plate to check it, but I’m not sure how to test it or what to do next. I think it might be bad (maybe burnt or corroded), but I need help figuring it out and fixing it.
