2-stage torque. I use paint marks so I know when my torque is finished. New crush washer under the banjo bolt head .

Take a pic of each plate before removing, using picture during installation. Springs are behind, hold the plate firmly before removing the last bolt.

Flywheel pockets, Three of them to match the torque converter, each pocket has two bolt holes. Measure the distance from the bottom of the pocket to the matting surface.

This jack is horrible - never use! Transmission removed, the dirty replacement is in the upper left not yet cleaned. Notice this one was leaking from the rear transmission seal.

Modified tool. I drilled out the alignment holes to be larger, I ended up drilling twice. In fairness this tool was 1/4 the price of the MB tool - you get what you pay for...

Unmodified press tool. First push on the seal by hand, then install the left side tool, then screw in the right side to push in the seal.

Bead path. Notice the errors I made - missing ring around that hole and small gaps in the path. Taking this pic and comparing to WIS caught this error prior to installing. There is a bead on the bottom of the cover (right side in this pic on the bottom surface - don't forget that)
