This is the waste gate? And I have 2 ? One on each turbo? From my naked eye looks like it's replaceable pretty easy. Probably not ?

Oil crud. I cleaned as best I could. Didn't get a clean photo though. Wonder if this heats up and causes an illusion of oil sleeping? I talked to the performance shop today and he reiterated that these cars leak oil as a common.
