Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R Teased Before Goodwood Debut
If this doesn’t excite you, then you might want to make sure you’re hanging out on the right forum. Heck, even diehard foes of Mercedes-Benz should find these two video teases for the AMG GT R intriguing.
One of the clips below showcases some of the features on the new supercar, which is dubbed “The Beast of the Green Hell.” The other clip, a bit more clever, depicts a night guard coming across a pair of curious green skid marks on the Nürburgring. After the watchman exits his vehicle to investigate the marks, he hears a mysterious exhaust growl lurking in the dark, which sort of sounds like Godzilla just ate a T-Rex.
The new AMG GT R will make its official world premiere June 24 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. And we’ll certainly be covering it here at MB World, along with as many specs and photos we can muster up on AMG’s new beast.
