The SLS AMG is already a beast of a car. It has everything a supercar should have: flash, power, and the ability to turn heads from a thousand feet. Just the doors alone are cool enough to make you drool like a blithering idiot. But what if you wanted your SLS AMG just a tad bit more ridiculous? Is there a way of tastefully modifying the car without making it look hideous? The answer is a most definite yes.

This is the Prior Design SLS PD900GT WB, and besides its silly, silly name, it’s pretty darn good. I’d say that it looks like a mini SLS GT3 car, which is never a bad thing. The Prior Design SLS is mostly about the aesthetics of the car, featuring new front and rear bumpers, new fenders, new wheels, and a new spoiler. However, they do play with the horsepower a little. Thanks to an ECU tune and a new titanium exhaust, the SLS receives an 80 horsepower bump.

Now here’s the bad part, the kit costs $28,000. And, you’d be hacking up one of the last great naturally aspirated supercars on the planet. We’re not sure if that’s the best idea for a car that has become an instant classic.

What do you all think though? Yay or nay on Prior Design’s SLS AMG?
