Found out the new transmission wiring harness I bought didn't actually have 2 wires and a connector that were on my car. So I got the old harness out and pull the wires out I needed with the connector, then soldered some new wires in place.
Here's the end where all the transmission pins go to on my old harness, had to pull the second set of wires out.
Here's the end that plugs into the transmission from my old harness.
Took the pins out of the connectors and soldered some new wires in place.
Put the pins back in the connectors and now I have a brand new harness.

Got that all squared away, I moved on to more wrapping.
Started with the hood.
Squeeging the vinyl down.
Finished product.
Moved on to the top.
Removing the area over the sun roof after getting everything squeeged down.
And the final product.

The Garage helper made an appearance in this set!
Starting the wrap on the side.
The helper holding the sheet.
The helper squeeging some of the wrinkles out.
Me Working on some stretching at the back.

So I've been driving the Mercedes a little bit since my Daily broke down, I have to put a transmission in my Avalanche. So put some of the Mercedes back together so I could drive it to work. Also found some time to modify some more parts. Anyway, here's the Wrapped Car. Still have to put the trim on to give it the finished look, but pretty much done.
Been trying to upgrade the window switches to the newer style. So went through and identified all the pins, now I just need to buy the chassis side part of the switch harness so I can plug it in. Anyway, I went ahead swapped all the LED's over to Blue while I had it apart.
First had to pull the old resistors out of the board so that the new LED's would get the right current
Installed the correct resistors
Soldered in the new blue LED's
Testing before I reassembled
Final test with switches in place.

Finally got my Poly bushings in from FCP. I knew mine were in bad shape, but didn't know they were this bad.. Lol I could pull them out with my had!
New Bushings.
Bushings installed.
Also replaced the lower ball joints while I had them apart. Car rides like a dream now!
Also took my old Climate Controls apart to see how hard it's gonna be to switch to blue LED's. Looks like it's possible, I just ordered 100 3mm blue Led's off of ebay, so we'll see how it goes.
