Does it do that when you are driving too?

Gasoline engines do not rev above 4k RPM when in park, maybe this is also some sort of engine over-rev protection?

It is Diesel and on the road same thing appears when hitting pedal.

It might be fuel starvation. Check filters & LP feed pump.

Diesels run exess air & accelerate by being given more fuel.

Check for stored codes with an OBDII scanner.

Then get someone to check the fuel pressure from the LP feed pump in the tank.

fine, if the engine gets more air the white smoke appears, but i get black smoke, the problem is somwhere in the air system, OBDII shows no fault code .

Do you get a puff of black smoke that clears or constant black smoke?

when i hit pedal revs are stuck and black smoke comes ,car have no power and makes the same sound like in the video, when i hold pedal and in 10-15 secs revs normalaises and car accelerates. but when i hit pedal slowly nothing happens no smoke or smthing only when i hit it instantly to the end, but i havent tried it with kickdown , more smoke and more revs trouble. puff of black smoke after revs are normal again.

Check that fuel pressure.

You might have a problem with the turbo or turbo controller. You might also have a problem with the throttle position sensor or TB actuator.

Under normal conditions if you punch the throttle you should see a puff of smoke & then it should clear as the turbo spools up.

well i clear the aircontroller and check turbo. interesting is that, 0 errors, but i see turbo charching speeds and other specs so i must get the orginal specs to control turbo work but i googled turbo specs and no result i cant find the airflow speed and other parameters about that turbo.

i puted my symptoms in the autodata and autodata shows this throttle sensor is broken but i can hit pedal and revs go up, so i broke the sensor and 1 capacitor was black other white, so i need the sensor diagram and capacitor colors to get trought that question.

Buy a new sensor. None of Benz diagrams show those values. For the TPS hall sensor replacement you have to buy a whole new pedal assembly.
