Desert Silver C320 Build
My name is David, im 16 years old and from Broken Arrow, OK. I bought my 2002 c320 in september of 2014 at an insurance auction. When i bought it i didnt have plans to modify it much, so i bought the cheapest parts i could find which in the long run ended up being a bad idea, because now i am pretty much changing all the aftermarket parts to genuine parts ill try to post lots of pictures. Ill try to update this thread as often as possible. I have plans to put a pt6262 turbo in the near future.

I got my w203 at 16 as well was a great car that I miss so much. I hope you got that front end that was bent taken care of properly.
Also did you go with OEM bix or aftermarket BIX? First picture obviously are not but it looks like you replaced them in the newer pic.
Any suspension damage?
Also how many miles are on the car and any service history?

Yes, the damge was all fixed by a proffesional shop, i did the body work myself though. The car currently has 166k miles and its going up qickly because i drive 60 miles to work everyday. I didnt look into the service history so i dont know anything abouth that. Headlights r aftermarket but i ended up paying $400 which is a decent price, so far ive been replacing the oil every 5k miles with mobil 1 0-40 and i never had to add oil. In the next few month i want get a pt6262 ball bearing turbo and do all the custom piping and run it at low boost until i can build another motor with custom rods and pistons. The main reason i decided to try to modify the w203 platform is because there r barely any performance mods availabe for these cars
i didnt get an amg front bumper because the grille isnt as big as the one in the 4matic bumpers. Ill be running a large intercooler so im thinking ahead lol

Wow you are throwing a ton of money in to this old benz. A 5k oil change is way more often then needed when using the proper approved oil just make sure you use the fleece filter and you can do the 10-13k oil change. Since you don't have a history maybe two short oil changes to clean it out but more than that won't really help. If it bothers you send the oil out for an analysis lots of us on here use Blackstone (http://www.blackstone-labs.com/.) The last time i sent out my c320's oil it came back clean and they said to try 2k longer on the next change so that would have been 14k oil changes. The car had around 190k on it at that point.
Since you don't have a history get the Transmission flushed (not using a machine) here is the guide we all use http://tinyurl.com/oneman722-6 You can find shell 134 ATF fluid for under $60 a case (12 quarts) at a local shell supplier. It is MB approved and is enough to get the system cleaned out.
I would also change the PS fluid and the Rear Diff.
Who is going to help you with the turbo ecu programing? And what motor do you plan to build for this car? The m112 is overbuilt as it is. Any other upgrades planed?
The last thing I will say is remember that this is a Benz don't over extend yourself as many of us will tell you even if you do your own work a $1,000 repair can pop up and leave the car unusable just like that so keep some change in the piggyback for emergency funds.
My story is that the ABS/ESP computer went out (car would not go above around 20mph) and I had to spend $250 on the computer (from junkyard as new one was like $900) and buy a Mercedes diagnostic computer that at the time cost around $550. But you could have an EIS go out and that is a dealer only repair.

Great work David!
I'd pick up repairing cars like that as a hobby, but currently don't have place/time to do it.
Overbuilt I think he means the components are pretty strong and you don't need to change the internals of the engine to be able to handle boost.
Trey, I think he is saving a good deal of money by doing it himself though.

Oh I realize he is doing it himself I was more meaning parts can get very expensive and some of them such as the IC and the EIS are dealer only parts and can be $1000 alone.

I would research what the Kleemann supercharger boos psi was as they did that with no other modifications. You may also want to also invest in a star system as they can come in really handy when working on your car unless you have an awesome relationship with your local dealer or an indy with one.

The Camry of almost any year is a very reliable, practical and mature choice as for the bike

Got pretty much everything to start the turbo project, i ended up choosing to go with a rear mounted setup.
I have a few questioms thougj, does anyone know where would be the best place to tap into to get oil to the turbo? And also how much hp will the stock tranny hold
