C230K Delivery Today!
Took delivery of my long-awaited C230K today and couldn't be any more pleased than I am so far! I've attached a lot of pics in another thread here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...&threadid=6328
Just in case you want to cut to the chase here, here is a quick photo...the wheels are AMG203s, 17x7.5s up front and 17x8.5s in back with 225-45s and 245-40s. They look awesome on the car.
Now, time to start enjoying its arrival! I love having the 6spd, too.

Out Of Control!!
Question that I've been meaning to ask ya:
Did you look into 18's before deciding on the 17's? Curious to see if you had any reason for not bumping the size up higher.
For a silver car, it looks good!

Alright, alright, no Orion Blue bashing yet! Actually, I would have bought Orion Blue, but the only other C Coupe at my office, which I am rarely at, but has 10,000 employees, is an Orion Blue C7 equipped car, so my decision was either Citron Green or Brilliant Silver.
I considered 18s, but got a fabulous deal on the 17s I could not refuse. I plan to fit 19s this summer, these are just to tide me over and still look a bit unique. Our roads in Ohio are pretty rough, so the 19s will see limited use, but the 17s are still a gamble, too. Bump, bump, bump. Can you say pothole dodging?
In driving the car to a quick lunch meeting today, I caught many stares, including an officer that drove along the rear quater for a while admiring.

MB coupe.
10,000 employess????
Where do you work where there could be 10,000 employees?
I can't imagine a place that big, even if there were plants and offices all over the counrty.
I'm just a small town boy, and this truly amazes me!

I'll post a picture of the complex tomorrow...
4 parking garages, 10,000+ spaces covered and uncovered, 2 inside cafeterias, convenience stores, dry cleaners, car rental, yogurt shops and our very own Starbucks!
1 employer for all of the people in the building, often compared to a 100+ story building on its side flattened horizontally and vertically.

2002 C230K
According to http://www.columbus.org/employment/l...mployers.html, I would guess one of the following:
Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc: 13,300
Banc One Corporation/Bank One: 12,655
The Limited: 10,000
Congratulations on your car, and very cool color as well.

I don't know - Smurfette was always walking around the village with a smile.
By the way, your box is full again. Mailbox - minds out of the gutter, please.

That's the best you can do! OK, it's late, I'll cut you some slack.
I'll clean out my mailbox. It's your fault it's full you know.
