vossen wheels fitment question

hi guys, looking to pick up a set of vossen cv1 and wondering if they will fit our w205. They are 20x9 all around, 35 offset, 245/35/20 tires.

I appreciate any help

Thanks

I think best offset for w205 for 20s are ET45 front and ET50 rear but if you want to be more aggressive you can do ET35. 235/35/r20 8.5 front and 285/25/r20 10 rear pretty much you will end up almost the same diameter with your oem wheels if you are currently using amg 19s. am also planning to upgrade mine and been searching around. debating on 20s or staying with 19s after market.

thanks for the advice. so sounds to me 20x9 at 35 offset in front would be sticking out too much?

I'm getting the wheels at a very good price it gets me debating

am not so sure! I never encounter Et35 front with 9 width considering stock front is only 7.5 width.. theres a guy name Vic here at the forum he is he is very good with this. he said be very cateful with offset. you dont want to mess up with the looks of your car.

ok sounds like it's going to be sticking out like a sore thumb in the front. Thanks!

I think 9 inch wheel its too wide for the front, I try a 8.5 inch 48 offset on my car and it barely fits.

9" up front is pushing it even with correct offsets (45)

9" with ET35 will also look horrible and if lowered you will rub,

I run 8.5" ET45 front and when turning on uneven roads it will rub from time to time, then again I am running a pretty low setup.

Am going 235/30/r20 front and 285/25/r20 rear

You said best fitment et45 front and et50 rear, i agree with that but if i want to lower the car and i dont want rubbing issues. What your reccommeded mm drop?? Would really appreciate your advice on that. Thanks

i run ET40 Front and ET52 rear

My Vossen VFS1 were hitting the front caliper with the 45 offset so I used a 5mm
and in the rear it was hitting the caliper clip.
