How much of a capacity increase over the factory pan? How much added cooling using your aluminum one?

Almost 2 quarts. It allows the trans to stay a proper operating temp for much longer periods of time when under hard abuse or racing

Nice looking pan, looks well designed, very precise.

How will it compare in an impact to the steel one? Such as running over road debris, etc.

Does the anodizing have to coat the inside of the pan as well, or no?

The pan weighs in at 4.1 lbs so its got a good amount of material. Roughly 0.1 inch wall thickness. We have pulled a trans with the pan installed and it holds up the weight of the trans with no issue or any signs of stress marks. It is made out of a solid billet piece of 6061-T6, not cast piece that gets machined.

I would have to contact the anodizing guy and see what he can do to avoid the inside getting anodizing.

Game on.

Start a list and lets get a group buy going.
$500 anodized for the 722.6
$570 anodized for the 722.9

Min of 10, if there is more than 10 that commit we should be able to get a better break on the billet stock and we can get the price a bit lower.
