Have a friend "bounce" the rear end of your car while you're in a position to listen. I spent two weeks chasing down a similar sound on my wife's E class to find that it was the exhaust. One of the rubber bands that secures the muffler had disappeared, so when cold the muffler would tap the undercarriage. Once it warmed it wouldn't. My guess is the expansion from the heat changed the behavior.
Anyway, the point is that it could be something other than the wheels/tires/brakes/linkages.

On the vacuum hose, I busted my front passenger "L" connecter. I fixed it with a small insert and some shrink tubing. At the age of these cars the hoses are so brittle you'll never get them to fit over one of the OEM connectors.

i will have to lift the car to check under it what might be wrong?

my exhaust is on the drivers side, my flat tire sound sounds like coming from the rear right side?
this tuk tuk flat tire noise is driving me krayzee for the first 5 minutes, sounds like something is slamming inside my right side rear inner wheelarch.
then the noise goes away.

Have you checked to make sure the drive shaft isn't bumping anything?

i had my car on service in april, my tech güru would have told me if soemthing is out of whack?

maybe my hand/footbrake internal hub parts might be the culprit or the lower hub bushing which sits behind the dust plate??
i can't think of anything else

It's tough to say without hearing it in person and being able to check it out. If you want to buy the plane tickets, I'll gladly come help! Hahaha!
