Vacuum Hose Fitting

I'm trying to find a hose fitting that grabs onto a hose next to the MAF. Anyone know where I can buy a new fitting other than the dealership? I'm not sure what the hose is for, but the other end is connected toward the firewall.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Any idea how to remove the part 1111410081 ? I've tried everything and can't seem to get it out. There must be a trick. It's part 23 on the attached pic.

After 4 hours, I got all the old plastic parts out by prying each side slowly. Hopefully, the installation of new parts would be less painful.

I had to cut the pieces inside and pry them out slowly. I picked-up the new parts from the dealership, but they don't fit. I think somehow, my car needs different parts for the fitting. The fitting is much bigger (see picture). This is on my C43. I even gave the VIN to the dealership, but yet still the wrong parts. So back to the dealership tomorrow.

The picture is from another forum, but it basically shows how the fitting looks like and it definitely looks different from the parts I have using the part numbers you posted. I even verified it with VIN number at another dealership. It's probably just different version.

I figured out what's wrong with the fitting parts shown on the drawing. There's another adapter that goes into the engine side of the intake fitting. The part that has wing clips is installed on this part that is now shown on the drawing. I even inquired with a veteran tech and he didn't know either. Somehow, Mercedes drawing doesn't show this part. Unfortunately, I pulled everything out already so I need to replace the part for sure. Another option is just to use a bunch of different size hoses and hose clamps like someone else did on this forum.
