Post your C43 Lease Deals here
I contacted 13 dealers and most would not move down more than 2K from MSRP. I ended up getting to a discount of 11% with one dealer but they knew I wanted to lease and were marking up the money factor from .00123 to .00163. So I told them no deal on the car I ordered with them in July and found two more dealers willing to match their sales price and offer buy rate minus the discount for autopay which brang me down to .00113.
Here are the details:
2017 C43 Sedan
MSRP $64,285
Selling Price $57,370 (includes fleet discount through my employer)
Fees $1,694 (Acquisition, DMV, Doc)
Drive-off $2,000
36 months/12,000 miles per year
$723/month including sales tax of 8.75%

Your numbers don't work --what is the residual %?
At 55% it would be about $800
What is the fleet disc. currently on the C43 ?
Do you own this car now or is it an order or just speculation?
If an order how do you know the lease terms when it arrives--they change?
As far as I know there is no factory trunk money or any deals from MB.
Why would a dealer sell this car for less than he pays for it?
Do the questions make it seem I don't believe you????

Yup - these numbers look right to me.
Edit: As in they add up correctly. Not commenting on % off MSRP, but without the fleet discount, it is actually closer to 9%. Still higher than I would have expected.

New cars have 7% margin and dealer hold back.
you are saying you have a deal even after accounting for the fleet money at about $1000 less than the dealer pays.
Why would a dealer do this on a popular car?

Old cars on the lot for a while and with MFG. trunk money (incentives) can go at lower prices.
