I don't mind going over 5000. Is there anyway I can get that step lip or anything bigger on a 19inch? I need to fit a meaty tire because of the roads here

Are You looking at Black Series wheels?
There is no way You will fit that rear wheel on a C63 without stretched tyres.
I have 9.5x19 ET43 and I have to use stretched tires to fit them under the fender (245/30/19)

Are You ordering new wheels or looking for used ones?

If you are buying new wheels, then I will repeat what I said before:
- Rear: 10J x 19" ET50 (or higher)
- Front: 9J x 19" ET40

With this setup You can fit 245/35/19 in the front and 285/30/19 in the back but the offset has to be high.

I was thinking about getting a set of D2 wheels. Why do you "hate" them?

he might have had a bad experience i dont know but personally for me, i dont hate them but I do find them annoying that they keep posting picts of their wheel in this thread even know no one is asking them to. They might think its good marketing but all they have become for me is "that spam wheel on mbworld" and I probably wont get anything from them any time soon.

this thread is for people to post and discuss their set ups or new wheels, not spam ads.

I think it would look great
But these are just my own measeruments so to be sure, ask the guys at HRE to give You the best info on correct offsets.
If done right, You will be able to run 285/30/19 tires in the back.

Volk G25

I just had EVS install my new Volk G25 wheels 19" x 8.5" ET 45 and 19" x 9.5" ET 50. The 275/30 Michelin PSS fit very well in the rear without any rubbing. So far, I am very happy with them. The ADV5.0TF I had previously will be up for sale soon. If anyone is interested, feel free to PM me. I will post more pictures of both sets of wheels soon.

Thanks! The wheels came with center caps, but I haven't decided if I am going to put them on just yet. The caps have red "RAYS" lettering on them, and I might have them painted black before installing them.

ah, i can see why. You could also make ht lettering silver so match the sliver on the edge of the wheels.

I guess I can understand, if that's the reason.
Sometimes I'm annoyed by Vossen because they are everywhere. Every forum I go to they mega-post. I don't care how good their wheels look, I couldn't buy a wheel that every other car is using.
I also get annoyed with ADV1 sometimes. They aren't everywhere but on my favorite forum, luxury4play.com, they act like they are the exclusive wheel dealer of that forum.
Marketing is one of the keys to success but you can burn youself out by overdoing it.
