Jacking both front wheels?
This is a stupid question, so I apologize in advance
Often I will want to swap the two front tires side to side after a day at the track. What I have always done is jack one side, take off the wheel, replace it with a winter wheel and then do the other side.
I could jack one side and then use a jack stand and then jack the other side to lift the entire front... this would be much quicker then what I currently do. My question is how would you go about jacking the entire front? If I am jacking the car in the front using the jack spot, where would you place the jack stand?
I would be very interested in how others might do this?

Merc C63 wagon (hopefully!)
My Evo has a front central jack point right behind the tow hook...so I use that for jacking up the entire front when doing wheel changes.
Not sure about the c63, but I sure hope there's a similarly accessible point!

There is a jack point under the engine you can use to jack up the front of the car and place stands under both front sill jack points. It is circled lightly in red.

I didn't know about that front jacking point. I reckon it'd pretty hard to see with the car on the ground, so I suppose ya'd have to have it on ramps first, so that you can locate the jack properly?

You can still see it with the car on the ground. If you have a low profile jack no need for ramps.
