C63Black Series Video/Hollywood Car Films
I hope you enjoy the video below. It was put together by a group of young, talented and under-budgeted enthusiasts.

Amazing camera work, but this video is begging for a better reviewer/scriptwriter. "This car will eat a Prius for breakfast and spit it out of the tailpipe". Really!?
Still, pretty amazing videography for an under-budgeted crew! Thanks for sharing.

I think this video is less of a "car review" than most offerings from Motor Trend, Car & Driver, etc. Its focus is not for those who salivate over skidpad numbers, but on the "feel" of the Black, and what it's like in the driver's seat. It is more akin to some of the work from Top Gear (which is not everyone's cup of tea).

Nice camera work for sure, I like some of the special effects with fire and sparks!
Can't believe you let them take your car out alone
The script is borderline and incorrect in some places:
"...engine is a detuned version from the SLS."
Overall, it's a nice piece to watch, thanks for sharing

For example, instead of just saying the car has amazing brakes, maybe elaborate a little more about how they're unique to the car and the rotors are over an inch larger than a standard C63, two piece 15+" rotors up front and 14+" in the rear, etc., etc.
And instead of saying the engine is a detuned version of the SLS motor (which is incorrect, but I know what she meant), say it shares parts from the SLS parts bin and a kin to the P31 version of the C63, etc.
All of the necessary corrections could be made by doing a voice over with more details about the car and I'd compare it's attributes to other cars, namely the M3 and CLKBS (especially when talking about the roughest MB produced)
IMO, I think the video is damn good especially since, according to the OP, they're a bunch of kids with a low budget. I think if the content fed to the host was more detailed like us car enthusiasts like, it would be as good or even better than any professional video

Agreed. I think, with experience, these guys will get better. It's still one of the least annoying video reviews we (Americans) have produced, heh. I always say it, but... Needs more Chris Harris.
(In the absence of Chris Harris, though, Kristen did a pretty good job and wasn't annoying like some other American automotive journalists are.)

Nice video. The camera works and effects were really well done. The script was also decent. Some parts didnt make any sense though. The acting however wasnt that good. Right from the start her looking up and to the right, pretdending she is search for the right word ect. felt really unnatural. She is no Jessi Lang. Not bad though and must have been a fun project to work on.
