Fair price for a 2012?
Hi guys, I've been in the market for a C63 for awhile now, have primarily been looking at CPO 2011s, but recently came across a 2012 with an MSRP around 70k.
This is the first 2012 I've looked at, and I'm only looking at it with the understanding that the dealer will be willing to cut a decent deal due to it being a 2012.
That being said, since my research has been primarily in the CPO world, what do you guys think would be a fair price for a "last-years" model C63 at this point?
edit: it is a new 2012 that has been sitting.

Since this is a new one, there is no in service date and you will get a full 4 year warranty. Since the MY2014 will be on the lot in about 4 months, this car is actually 2 years old.
I really cannot believe the dealer was not able to sell this car. I would offer $60K and stand firm.
The minute you drive this car off the lot, it will be like all other C63s out there other than low mileage and longer warranty.
Dealers out there sell brand new 2013s for a discount so I would not pay any more.

The vehicle is out of state, so unfortunately I can't check the sticker. For what it's worth, it's being sold as new, not CPO. The car has been on the showroom floor for some time now, and has less than 20 miles on it.
