If it pulsation, then you prop have wobble rotors, it not good.

You will be OK if your brake not pulsation. Rotor can be turn/cut if it wobble. usually when rotors are wobble, it will pulsation after it heated up(couple hard braking). I hope you don't need rotors my friend. That will cost you a arm/leg.

Most of the time it cause by rust building up on rotor and during braking the heat baking that rusted onto the rotors and causing that high/low spot or discolor like you have on your rotor now. Sometime it go away sometime it require service. C63 rotors are cast iron and they tent to get rust if it been seat on long period time. My been seat for 4 month and rust already build up. I work at dealer ship and seen many car seat for couple months without driven, rotors get rusted and then pulsation, sometime it go away by braking it hard but sometime i have to turn/cut the rust out.
What i recommend for you is heat up your brake little but but try not to come to a completely stop after you warm it up(not good for your brake) and see if you have any pulsation. If not you will be OK, but if you feel something on your brake pedal, you prop need to check that out.
good luck, let me know if i can help.

Drive it around for a few more days and those spots will probably go away. My guess is your rotor is slightly warped but not enough to feel it in the pedal yet. Your braking is not going to be good as with 100% true rotors but you'll be fine and for a daily driver I wouldn't replace those expensive rotors until you start feeling it.

warped?! how can i check for that. I definitely do not want to drive around with warped rotors, since I push the car pretty hard a lot of the times....
