After four months in a 911, I'm back!
Good morning everyone. So a little background: I was fortunate enough to lease an Edition 1 C63 last May. I ended up putting the car on swapalease.com several months ago. After seven declined applicants through Mercedes Benz Financial Services, it looks like I cannot find anyone to take over the C63. Back in March, I also leased a 2013 911 Carrera. After four months of carrying two car payments, one has to go. I found a nice gentleman from Miami who will be taking over the 911. So I'm back!
Not to bore you guys but man are both cars very different. The Mercedes is crazy scary fast, yet refined. The P-car is rough and firm. Not many frills but some fun engineering. In a perfect world I would keep both.
I missed you guys! Haha.

They are both so different. If my wife didn't have an SUV, I would pick the C63 because of it's practicality. But all things equal, it was always my dream to have a Porsche. Eh, I got to live my dream for like 140 days or so! Being that this is a C63 Forum, I will say the C63 is hands down much MUCH faster than the 911. Like night and day.

After owning 3 P cars including the last one which was a 991, I would pick the C63 all day long, even being Auto only (which I have learned to like), the MB IMO is a much more fun car to drive, much more "raw" and just a bada$$

I love my C63, but the Porsche 996 Twin Turbo I had was the best car I've ever owned.
Under hard acceleration, you could feel the blood rushing to your head.
Before I chickened out, I had it up to 165 on the back straight of Road Atlanta.
With the mods, I was pulling over 500FWHP.
I'll have another before I leave this world.
