Hi guys,

Thanks for following my project…
I am surprised too how my body shop mold the 2 bumpers together

I cannot buy the wheels directly from the US, because they don't ship to the Netherlands and I have to buy them from the dealers here. (HRE, Adv1 etc)
The prices dealers ask here is about 9000 euro or more and a delivery time of 8-12 weeks!!!

I just don't want to wait 2-3 months so I will buy wheels from Niche via my body shop (they do biz with Niche), so it only takes 3 weeks right when my car will be ready.

@Roswel: you could buy a second-hand C63 AMG for what I spend out for my project

It will be one of those 2 wheels: I can always decide buying right the wheels later, but I can live with this ones for now….
I will let them paint in black and white if have them

I see you went with cast wheels (not forged). Do you mind sharing how much a set of new Niche cast wheels cost?

What about this model from Niche?
You can get some nice concavity out of this one especially with Black Series fenders and offsets.

Beautiful car man really, I love what you did with the interior the carbon fiber stitches everything, and this may sound stupid but why didn't you just get a C63BS in the first place or a 507 ? Ps I'd go with the rims he posted those would look amazing !

I would get rim on pic #2 if they have concave . Niche is made by MHT which is prolly the largest wheel company in US.

Don't they make forged wheels? I heard they supply ADV?

THey do make forged wheels, but the ones Andrew posted are from the cast wheels line.

@ Oslowa12: That one is awesome!
I will email my body shop to change and I will take this one!

The price for the other ones was between 400 and 500 euros each, without shipment. That is a lot cheaper than the HRE's or Adv1…

@ Newtrita: I was not planning to buy a C63 at all, but the car seller was so good with his mouth he sells me a C63, all I wanted that day was to change my ML63 '07 for a newer one
So I bought it for my wife

After I have installed the first part with carbon, I get obsessed with carbon!
I really freaked out with that isn't it….hehehe

So my new hobby was born and I came with a plan to modify that car into a one of a kind

@ Kaiba: when you come?
Thanks for liking my taste, not everyone likes it

Maybe I will go to car shows when it's ready, just for hobby….

Yes, M147 Essen Black.
Are you getting 20" ?

Tell them that you want to have as much concave as possible!

I just get heard that the M147 will not fit, because of the big brakes.
It was only possible for a normal W204, not the AMG's.

So I only have the choice of these types:

- M110 Circuit black
- M129 Targa anthracite
- M130 Targa black/ddt
- M131 Targa silver/machined
- M137 Milan black/ddt
- M139 Milan silver/machined

I think I will choose the M130, but the face I will change into carbon and the rest white

CF face with white accent? Please dont LOL

I don't want to rain on ur parade, but with all the money spent on this beautiful project.. Why cheap out on the most important comestic part of the car = wheels?

I mean get a nice classy concave monoblock forged or multi-pcs deep dish forged wheels. Cast wheels are more prone to bend or crack. Just my opinion.

Hey Andrew
The front bumper fit perfect if your car is facelift model which there is no gap between headlights and front bumper because of the new headlight.

If you were just change your headlight to new facelift, it will fit perfectly with the bumper from Prior. But its already too late you modify the bumper.
If you thinking about changing the new headlight with C light and stuff ...You will have to modify the bumper again because the new headlight will not fit your modified bumper old headlight

Prior Design did never tell me that before, if I knew that I would change the headlight.
Can you show me some pics where I can see clearly the difference?

@Roswel: I don't know nothing about wheels, I am a newbie about that…
I just want to have the wheels as soon as possible, so my body shop comes with Niche, because they do good biz with them.
I just don't want to wait 2-3 months for the better wheels like HRE or Adv1.

I better drive with this wheels than waiting 3 months driving with my original wheels, that looks ugly…

Unless you know a better solution: a better brand wheels who can ship right now to the Netherlands before 1 december this year
I want to join some car shows in the Netherland in january, so I need asap the wheels!
I can always buy it later, then these wheels would be my winter-wheels

Just let me know where I can buy better wheels who have it in stock right now.
Most company wheels here in Holland import the wheels from U.S., with very long delivery time and very expensive prices (minimum 9000 euros for a set)

The new headlight and new hood will fit perfectly with the body kit

If you consider changing the hood and the headlight and i assume that you will

Its suck now that you have to stuck with the old headlights since you already modified the bumper

Don't buy the oem headlights since you have to buy new SAM and rear SAM..and retrofit will need someone program and not worth it.

Buy this:

http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/12...headlight.html

oem look, all functions just like oem and the quality is same quality they are using for oem parts. Just without ILS so you don't need new SAM unit at all and no need reprogram.

The wires is on difference position since this is for facelift model, what you have to do is identify which wires on your connector and reposition it to match the new headlight

our connector prefacelift 2008-2011 has 10 pins
New facelift 2012 onward have 7 pins

Let me know if you consider, i can help you all the diagram of old and new model of headlights and stuff.

I would also suggest you build the sub frame around the kit since these kit is wide and it need to hold on something when go high speed, nuts and screws are not enough...

There is a member thread build BS and his shop build a sub frame to hold the BS. I heard a lot of stories on BS kit like this and when go to high speed, you can feel the kit almost rip it part...or eventually.

Andrew, don't change the headlights to the 2012 ones.
The old headlights are much more aggressive - that's why Dads car was so sick.
The new headlights are too "girly" and too tame.
What you are doing here is the perfect combination of a 2008 and 2012 C63

Hi guys,

I don't like the new headlights of 2012 either.
As like Matt say: the old ones looks more aggressive, the kit should only fit for models 2007-2011 and the front bumper will not fit at all for the 2012 model…
So it was still not perfectly fit

@mrl0n3ly714: I will let you know what spec wheels and tires that will fit the kit and make it look flush…
I ask that too at my body shop, if the kit is placed definitely on my car then they will let me know.

I did not know when you go to high speed, the speed will rip off the kit.
Thanks for the advice, I will let my body shop know about this and maybe they can make that sub frame to hold the body kit.

But I never go high speed, there is just no opportunity here in Holland to get to high speed. Max speed limit is 75 mile and if you go faster than 105 you will lose your drivers license
But thats still no reason not to do….thanks for the tip bro

Hi Guys,

Here is a small update of my bodykit; the hood

I don't know if you like it or maybe it's too overkill, but that is how exactly I wanted.

In the middle they have make a big intake and as both sides there will be the carbon fins.

Sorry for the bad photos, I can not shot a good pic, but I hope you can see how it will be.

The mods are pure optical, it has further no option…

I will post soon more updates: hopefully it will be ready end of this month

Greetingz,...

Jump on the BS wheels in the other thread.. 2200$ w/tires.. U r in for the deal of ur life as I believe that set-up cost over 10k$ at the stealer ship.
