Forget the hassle unless you use a Dynodynamics or Mustang-dyno you'll have to remove the airboxes to access a lead...Just use good ole DynoJet & get base rwhp the rwtq can be assumed healthy if your rwhp is 500+ on any DJ

With a small pick up you can get rpm from the fuel injector wire. The first injector on the right bank looking from the front of the car is seating out in the open.

The shop should have an optical pick-up they could use. You don't need a tach signal to get the RWHP but you will need it to have RWTQ on the graph. You could always look at your tach and speedometer when doing the run to plot your own torque graph.
HP = (torque X RPM)/5252
Tq = (5252 X HP)/RPM
