No boost after replacing coil pack
I replaced the coil pack and plugs in my CL600, after having misfire codes. Reset the CEL by pulling the battery.
Now, I can't hit boost. The car just feels like there's no turbo. No CEL, though.
My only thought is I may have pinched one of the boost lines when reinstalling the coil pack. Don't know if that could be the issue. Is there some other reset required?

That was not my experience. It ran like total crap when the ignition coil failed on my CL600. The only time it lost power as if it had no boost was caused by the intercooler pump.

Check the hoses on the passenger side. You have to remove one of them to get the coil pack out its the one that splits into the T. If you don't route this one correctly you can end up pinching it against the coil pack. Or maybe its not reconnected?

only thing i can think of is the small hoses under the passenger side coil, or the pressure sensor hose.. when you un bolt the passenger intercooler there is a small hose that goes to a pressure sensor and that can be unpluged

His mama. Traded y0 mama in because she was squeaking.
Make sure these two sensor harnesses aren't cross plugged.
You will also get the symptoms you've described if those two harnesses are plugged into the wrong sensors.

Sathinas, that seems to be very close.
I was poking around and noticed the main/middle MAP sensor was broken. I didn't unplug that sensor, so when I swung the intercooler out of the way, it cracked the hose off from the sensor. So I order a new sensor thinking that will fix it. Get it all installed and...
NOOO!
Still no boost. It runs smoother, because now it's metering correctly, but still no boost.
Both exhaust pipes have exhaust, but I can't remember if there's an X pipe or if that's indicative that both banks are firing.

1) I live in New Orleans so I applaude your screen name. 2) Who Dat. 3) I'm experiencing the same issues that you are having. has it resolved? I'm going to tear it apart this weekend to double check. I've looked at the above posts and made sure everything on top is the same, but I did notice that the pressure sensor o ring isn't flush with the sensor and tube but it is very snug. more thoughts?

Haven't had time to diagnose, so have been driving the car with no boost.
Today I took the coil pack out and reinstalled. No pinched lines, everything connected correctly. Also replaced the MAP sensor.
Still no boost.
No diverter noise. The engine revs and if you let off, it just awkwardly holds the gear. No diverter blow off. It is literally like the engine is running, and the turbos aren't. I don't understand, because I would think you would at least get 5 pounds or so until the wastegates can open.
NOLA, the sensor o ring doesn't really go all the way into the hose. I don't think that would be the issue so long as it's snug. Did you have any luck?

The MAP sensor for upstream of the throttle body that you broke is a dealer item only. If you bought a sensor from a regular parts store it may look right and fit, but it is only for the air box. The broken sensor or wrong sensor will stop you from getting boost but the car will run perfect (just slow) with no CEL. Guess how I know?
