Is there a fuse for the alternator?

2002 CLK430.

Also is the regulator integral with the alternator on these cars?

The regulator is a replaceable part that bolts to the alternator.

I know of no internal fuse in the OE alternator, and I've R&R'd Bosch alternators countless times. There are a number of fuses downstream of the alternator.

Your questions are cryptic, but when a W208 alternator mysteriously stops producing juice, it's usually the regulator, which is a normal wear part. Here's a DIY repair link - http://www.fitzhughmedia.com/MBF/alt.html
