My New Daily Driver! 2004 CLK55 AMG
So this past weekend I took a drive up to Toronto to pick up this beauty. 2004 CLK55 AMG with 96 000km on the odometer. Car looks new inside and out and drives like it as well. Soooooo happy with it. Mods so far include:
-19 inch OEM CLK63 Black Series reps
-2005 CLK55 AMG Quad exhaust conversion with muffler delete
-H&R springs
Not bad mileage for a 5.4L V8
The car came with tinted tails...I absolutely HATE tinted tails lights, so they were the first to go. I was happy to see that they were just vinyls...
Nothing much planned for this car. It's going to be my daily, as all of my effort is currently focused on my Evo track car! Comments are welcome! From what I understand, this used to be a members car. 2 things bug me about the car that I will address in the coming month or two; the exhaust tip on the passenger side doesn't align 100% and the center hangs a tad bit low near the front on the passenger side. Both should be an easy fix with a bit of time spent measuring, cutting and welding stuff to make it perfect.
I'll be getting the car to the inspection later this week and hopefully plated by this weekend! Can't wait!
