A buddy of mine suggested i do this to my 300ce, he's a supra mechanic. are you finished with your project? what kind of time are you running in the 1/4. eager to know....i love what you're doing.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Facelifted hood has smooth lines that flow over/around the headlights. On a debadged/facelifted car, yes, they fit fairly well. On a pre-facelift, no, you're right.

I am mostly done i went to dyno to tune last week and i got 60% of a pull and the tail of the tranny broke so i couldnt continue. i made the mistake and had a 1 piece driveshaft made. i should have kept the 2 piece drive shaft. it doesnt sit straight from tranny to diff. so it vibrated so bad it broke. but at 12lbs of boost the car made 415hp to wheels. i was going for 30lbs. trying for 700+ hp! so hopefully in the next few weeks i can go back on dyno!!!

The OP has since taken apart the project car and has sold or is selling stuff off of it.
Not sure anyone will get an answer.
Fitnessforyouto, do a google search on engine swap for california. It can be done and has been done plenty of times in Cali.

That gives me confidence that our differentials can hold a little bit of power. I'm shooting for a simple 400whp when I get my v8 swap done, and I'm glad to see he made 415, even though he didn't get a full dyno pull done.

So has anyone else attempts this swap? Never got to find out if motor was a front or rear sump config or the wiring info? Also cooling fans as well? I am definitely going to start gathering parts for this swap.
